Taylor Swift pays surprise visit to 96-year-old WWII veteran/super fan

A 96-year-old World War II veteran might be feeling 22 after a surprise visit from one of his favorite artists, Taylor Swift.
Cyrus Porter was recently featured on local news outlet KFVS12 for his love of Swift’s music. He’s seen her twice in concert and appreciates the work the 1989 artist puts in on stage. “She puts on a show nobody else puts on,” Porter said in the interview.
The Swiftie probably has more of an appreciation for the artist’s stage presence after getting a private show. The Blank Space singer paid him an unexpected visit in New Madrid, Mo., and treated the nonagenarian and guests to a performance of Shake It Off.
